To register your child in Harmony Youth Football and Cheer you must download and complete these forms. If you are registering more than one child, you will need to print out a copy of each form for each child. Please note: Before mailing documents and forms, please wait until the end of the school year after report cards (we need 2 copies) are released and physicals are taken. We would like to collect all forms and documents at one time only - after all are complete. We will have a scheduled physical day if you would like to hand completed paperwork in on that day. Dates will be posted as they are scheduled.
